What I experienced with Gregerson towing was unforgettable. When one of my U-Haul trailer tire blew out on highway they came so fast and took my trailer to the shop and replaced with new tire everything finish in less than one hour. The service was so reliable and very friendly I recommend anyone to use their service.

Gregerson towing was able to come pick up my tool box on only a few hours notice. Brandon was the driver and he was quick and careful with loading and unloading and very professional. The dispatcher was very clear and courteous. Never using any other tow service in the future. Customer for life right here. 10/10. Can't recommend enough

James P was super awesome!! I went into a ditch in a parking lot at night, and within minutes of calling he was there and helping me out! He explained every step of the process, answered questions cheerfully, and provided clear guidance on how to get it out! An otherwise scary situation was made educational and positive! I could not recommend him enough, the car came out quickly and easily, without even a scratch! He did an amazing job, an awesome guy! Will be the first place I call next time something like this happens!

I can't express how amazing this company is. My car suddenly stopped working on the highway in Rochester MN. And I submitted my request with my insurance, and 2 minutes the accept the request. And less than 15, they arrived.

Adam came, the driver, and took me and my mother with him, helped my Mom get into the truck. And start talking very friendly with us, and dropped my car at the mechanic, and then took me and my mother home.

I called AAA to come and check my battery on my vehicle and possibly have it towed and James came and put the battery charger thing on there and waited. Started the car. Let it run for a little bit and he was so helpful. Told me to pull it out into the street so they had an easier time towing. WOW! What great service! It started with great communication from the dispatcher (unfortunately I didn't get her name, my two young grandsons were playing and laughing, so I didn't catch it. ) She was courteous and helpful, explaining the timeline to expect. Then James arrived and was so professional, knowledgeable, and nice. He was so good with my grandsons as they watched the process. I would 100% recommend them and will use them again if I have other towing needs

I am very, very pleased with the service I experienced with Gregerson Towing. I had a non-starting car I thought was not related to the battery. We were scheduled to tow it to my dealership. Cotter from Gregerson was quick to investigate before towing and determined it was indeed my battery. Randy then quickly came out and replaced it. Both Randy and Cotter were pleasant, skilled and quick. The coordination through AAA was seamless with real time updates and direct calls from Gregerson. I will definitely demand them should I need future help!

Fast response! On site in less than 30 minutes. Double-tow of Pickup and 20k pound fifth wheel RV. They got us off the side of the interstate after a mechanical break down. They towed the pickup truck with the fifth wheel RV still on the hitch. Excellent work! Super customer service. This was the best tow experience I’ve ever had with tow / recovery company.
